Powerside, LLC is  a limited liability company established in 2003 for the purpose of managing the acquisition of several large land tracts along the Interstate-15 corridor between Las Vegas , Nevada and Brian Head, Utah , USA .

The principals in Powerside have been developing and building commercial and residential projects in Southern Nevada and Southern Utah since 1991.  Their real estate dealings and development experience have positioned Powerside to identify several desirable properties including an alpine mountain resort, desert style golf and residential resorts and commercial/industrial offerings.  Powerside, based in Southern Nevada is soliciting investment funds for the acquisition and development of these diverse properties along one of the countries fastest growing regions.
