Powerside, LLC is a limited liability company established in 2003 for the purpose of managing the acquisition of several large land tracts along the Interstate-15 corridor between Las Vegas, Nevada and Cedar City, Utah.

The principals in Powerside have been developing and building in southern Nevada and southern Utah since 1991. Projects completed include industrial, commercial and residential. Their holdings and experience are within the corridor, which has provided direct knowledge of the opportunities and have positioned Powerside to negotiate favorable purchase prices on several desirable properties. They also intend to seek additional assets along the I-15 corridor that are distressed or deeply discounted as a result of current market conditions.

Powerside has targeted several large land tracts suitable for commercial and residential development. This staged acquisition of properties will extend over an estimated two year period, with the goal of purchasing 10,000 acres. These acquisitions will poise Powerside and its investors with the capacity to offer a product portfolio ranging from luxury golf desert living at 1,500 feet elevation to alpine resort living at 10,000 feet elevation. Our real estate entity will be a one stop shop for the migrating baby boomers looking to relocate to the Southwestern United States.

In addition to the Clark County NV area, we have expanded our Acquisition and Development division, by purchasing breathtaking land in several areas of Washington and Iron Counties located in Southern Utah. These significant land acquisitions, position Powerside, LLC as a major player in those markets. It has been and will continue to be our focus to find and develop land that is desirable to the customer and profitable to our investor partners. We believe that our biggest asset is in our relationships. Over the last decade we have forged alliances with industry professionals that cover every aspect of land development and building construction. We match our expertise with these professionals, to provide a finished product that is second to none. Those decisions position us to bring profitable returns in a timely manner.
